These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of yossisfish.com, your orders with us, and our text message program. The site and services are provided by Yossis Fish Market, doing business as Yossi's Fish (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, placing an order, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Orders, pricing & delivery
- Products, prices, and availability may change without notice and depend on the daily catch and supply. We will let you know if an item you ordered is unavailable.
- Prices for fish sold by weight are based on the final weight after cleaning and cutting where applicable.
- Delivery is available in our local area. Delivery times are estimates, and someone should be available to receive perishable items.
- Fresh fish is perishable. Keep it refrigerated and cook or freeze it promptly. Please follow cooking instructions on ready-to-bake items.
- If something is not right with your order, contact us the same day so we can make it right.
Text messaging program terms
Yossi's Fish Text Updates
- Program description: Yossi's Fish sends text messages to customers who opt in. Depending on what you choose, you may receive order updates and customer care messages (order confirmations, order-ready notices, delivery updates, and replies to your questions or support requests) and/or recurring automated marketing messages about weekly specials, new arrivals, and holiday ordering reminders.
- How to opt in: Check the box for the message type(s) you want on our Text Updates or Contact page and submit the form, or text JOIN to (718) 851-9860. You will receive a confirmation message after opting in.
- Message frequency: Msg frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/week).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (718) 851-9860 or info@yossisfish.com.
- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it.
- Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms. We may update or change the website at any time.
Intellectual property
The Yossi's Fish name, logo, text, images, and design of this website belong to Yossis Fish Market and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
