Text messaging (SMS) program
If you opt in to Yossi's Fish Text Updates, we collect your mobile phone number, your name (if provided), the message types you selected, and a record of your consent. We use this information only to send you the text messages you requested (order updates and customer care and/or weekly specials and promotions), to respond to your HELP and STOP requests, and to keep records of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your mobile number only with the text messaging service provider that delivers our messages on our behalf, solely to send messages you requested. These providers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (718) 851-9860 or info@yossisfish.com. Msg frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/week). Msg & data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for full program terms.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as delivery, payment processing, website hosting, and text message delivery, and only as needed to provide those services to us.

None of the sharing described in this section applies to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to keep records of text messaging consent and opt-outs as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect your information

- Access, correction, or deletion: Email info@yossisfish.com or call (718) 851-9860 to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Children’s privacy
Our website and text messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to how we handle text messaging data will not apply to you without your consent.
